HVAC Technician – Join Third Coast Heating & Cooling

Third Coast Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced and motivated HVAC Technician to serve customers in Waukesha, Germantown, and Brookfield, Wisconsin. We are seeking someone who is confident in diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and customer communication.

Job Description

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems

• Perform routine tune-ups and preventive maintenance

• Troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related systems

• Inspect electrical components, refrigerant levels, airflow, and system performance

• Identify equipment issues and recommend effective repair solutions

• Explain repair options clearly and professionally to customers

• Complete service tickets, repair notes, and job documentation accurately

• Maintain service vehicle stock, tools, and parts organization

• Follow EPA regulations, safety procedures, and company service standards

• Provide friendly, professional, and reliable customer service on every call

Qualifications

• Previous HVAC service and repair experience preferred

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Knowledge of electrical systems, refrigerant cycles, gas heating systems, and controls

• EPA certification preferred

• NATE certification is a plus

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently

• Ability to lift equipment and work in physically demanding environments

• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
